We have spent with my family (2 kids of 11 and 13) an outstanding stay (4 nights) in this hotel In summary : - Very good location / resort has lots of style; - Rooms (only 25 in the resort so you feel the sense of exclusivity) have lots of charm and are in good conditions; - Very good team from check-in to Check out, very helpful, very professional; - The pool is clearly a plus to start or finish the days before or after site visits in the Luang Prabang area; - Restaurant is also to be recommended We will be back !!

Beautiful room, super clean, very attentive staff, and the room felt like home. I got sick at the end of the trip (a cold of some sort) and their team was very kind to me and my mom as I rested. Loved the staff and the massage I had was top notch. I tried their pho on the last day I was there and regret not having it sooner.

Peaceful and beautiful hotel with smiling staff. Great rooms, especially the outdoor tubs and private garden. The perfect place to come as a couple to recharge / relax / catch up on lost sleep in luxury. Thanks Keilli for making our stay extra special 🙏🙏🙏

It is a wonderful place to stay, offering tranquility and comfort. The added convenience of being picked up from the 3 Nagas hotel in the shopping area is a nice touch. The commendable service and helpful staff contribute to a pleasant experience. However, there are some areas for improvement, particularly the comfort of the bed and pillows, as well as issues with bathroom doors being difficult to open and noise from the toilet after flushing.

Fantastic stay at the Sofitel Luang Prabang! Service was warm, welcoming and attentive. The staff bends over backwards for their guests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had one pool suite and one garden suite and they were both wonderful rooms. The breakfast spread was delicious with made to order western and southeast Asian specialties. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel which retains its sense of place and understated luxury.
